Overview:

The en-suite walls are part tiled and part painted - full height.

Question:

Would I need to fix a batten to the wall to make it flush with the tile before fixing the trim - or is there any other way?

You do need a level surface to fix our panels to your en-suite walls. We recommend that you make the surface level by screw fixing an appropriate thickness of plywood. Our panels can then be fixed using the same adhesive for both the tiled and plywood portions.
