Are IPSL bathroom wall panels easier to install than tiles and will they last as long?
Overview:
As a landlord with 12 properties in my portfolio, I am looking to upgrade my properties to maximise their rental potential whilst obviously keeping a tight grip of fixed costs and ongoing costs. My maintenance chap is actually a retired joiner and can handle DIY to a reasonable level.
