Cheapest way to clad a quadrant shower enclosure?

Overview:

The cheapest option would be to use some packs from our Aquaclad range, but unlike with our Aquabord, there's not one set price across the entire range - it depends on which kind you go for. We have a wide variety of narrow tongue-and-groove panels available in a range of panel lengths, all of which would provide a waterproof, economical solution.

Question:

Could you please suggest the best (cheapest) option for panelling of quadrant shower enclosure 1000mm x 1000mm? Thanks - Allan.

Hi Allan, many thanks for your query.

The most economical option would be to use packs of our Aquaclad narrow tongue-and-groove panels. You can see the full range here.

Unlike with our Aquabord, which are the same price across the range, our Aquaclad prices depend on which kind of panel you go for, and they vary in width and length. So (depending if you were looking to cover 2 or 3 of those walls within the shower enclosure) you might need a different number of packs depending on which panel kind you go for.

href="https://www.ipsluk.co.uk/aquaclad-classico-black-rainbow-sparkle-2-6m-5-pack.html">Classico range are 250mm wide panels, and in one pack (£40.50) you'll receive five panels, so your coverage per pack is 2.6m high by 1250mm wide.

These panels all fit together in a tongue-and-groove fashion, so you won't need joint trims. You'll need edge trim to cover the exposed ends of the panels (and, possibly, the top of the panels as well - especially if you're not running the panels all the way to the ceiling) and corner trims for the internal angles.
