Proclad hygienic wall cladding is impact-resistant and durable, making it ideal for covering walls in commercial kitchens and food processing areas, fast food outlets and food store rooms, wash-rooms and changing areas, canteen walls, hospitals, etc. It provides a watertight, hygienic surface that's easy to clean.
We supply hygienic wall cladding materials and can fit to any project, offering thermoformed corners and welded joints as additional options.
Premium Grade:
This is our most popular grade in satin finish solid uPVC and is designed for tougher hygienic applications, making it perfect for fast food outlets, food processing, canteens, wash-rooms, bathrooms, and changing areas. It's Class 0 Fire Rated, when fixed on a non-combustible substrate. Finish it with welded joints, thermoformed corners, or trims. Choose from 2.44m x 1.22m or 3.05m x 1.22m sheets, along with a range of adhesives and trims.
Plus Grade:
This hard high gloss finish cladding is designed for applications where the Class 1 Fire Rating is mandatory. It's uPVC and can withstand -5°C to 60°C, making it ideal for kitchens, canteens, fast food outlets, and food storage areas. It features matching trims and is fixed using Proclad adhesive. Choose from 2.44m x 1.22m or 3.05m x 1.22m sheets, along with a range of adhesives and trims.
Hyper Grade:
This cladding grade is 2.5mm thick with a solid satin finish and uPVC specification, along with a silver ion based active anti-microbial agent manufactured into the product. It's ideal for high care areas where the spread of infections and viruses must be controlled. Use it in food production areas, clean rooms, hospitals, operating theatres, and laboratories. It's Class 0 and Class 1 Fire Rated. Choose from 2.44m x 1.22m or 3.05m x 1.22m sheets, along with a range of adhesives and trims.
Standard Grade:
This polypropylene (PP) cladding is made specifically for low temperature areas, such as freezers, cold stores, dairy parlours, and more. It's able to withstand -25°C to 110°C and Class 4 Fire Rated. It's fixed using polymer rivets and a Proclad adhesive. Choose from 2.44m x 1.22m or 3.05m x 1.22m sheets, along with a range of adhesives and trims.
