How long is the delivery of your products?

  We offer a Free delivery service for all orders over £100 and will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days after order. If you need it quicker, for a small charge we can deliver by courier within 2 to 3 working days after order. When you order online with us we will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date - normally by email.

  Where possible we try to deliver with our own vans and drivers. This way we can virtually guarantee delivery on time and without damage. Our drivers will get the product to your desired location and we can keep you informed of any delays. If you are in an area that is outside our van coverage, or your order is required before our scheduled van deliveries in your area, then we would use a freight courier.

  Most of our products are very large measuring from 2.4m to 5m in length, this makes the product difficult to deliver and there are really only 2 couriers in the UK that will handle the longest length. Very occasionally there is damage to our product during delivery. Please inspect the package on delivery and make a note with your signature if there is damage. We will never hold you responsible for damage during delivery.

  We deliver right across mainland GB as standard. We can arrange delivery to NI and locations off mainland GB and prices are dependent on specifics - please ask for a price.
