Hi Roger, our panels just require being clad on to a flat solid surface. Surfaces such as plasterboard, brickwork, tiles and plywood would be suitable for this as the panels get their strength from this.

OSB boards of a good quality and thickness could be suitable depending on the environment however, in a bakery something like a fireproof plasterboard may be more suitable.
