Is it advisable to use the trims with PVC ceiling panels when used adjacent to tiles?

Do you have to buy trims even if you're tiling all the walls? Would the tiles not hide the cuts and joints? And do most plumbers install the PVC ceiling cladding? I'd be grateful to hear back from you. Thanks

The short answer is yes, it's definitely advisable that you use the appropriate fittings - either edge trim orceiling coving - with these panels as that will maintain your guarantee and help ensure there is no chance of water ingress where you cuth the panels to size.
