Step 1 Colour Style

Clear PVC strip curtain

Use our Clear PVC strip for partition barriers, general applications, or when you need to control dust, temperature or sound. Kit contains strips with fitted clamps and hanging rail.

Clear Polar PVC strip curtain

Use our Polar grade in applications where temperatures are below -10 degrees C to -40 degrees C. Kit contains strips with fitted clamps and hanging rail.

Bronze PVC strip curtain

PVC strip curtain Welding Bays - this is a special grade with high levels of UV inhibitor. Kit contains strips with fitted clamps and hanging rail.

Green PVC strip curtain

PVC strip curtain Welding Bays - this is a special grade with high levels of UV inhibitor. Kit contains strips with fitted clamps and hanging rail.

Clear Ribbed PVC strip curtain

Choose Ribbed clear PVC where a fork lift truck is used. The ribs will take the wear of the trucks and maintain the visibility through the material for longer. Kit contains strips with fitted clamps and hanging rail.

Step 2 Size

Guide to selecting the right specification:

Use 200mm wide strips for door height up to 2200mm, normally for internal pedestrian doors.

Use 300mm wide for door height from 2200mm to 3500mm, and use 400mm wide for above 3500mm.

When selecting a thickness choose thinner where the opening is not subject to draught or wind and where ease of passage for pedestrians or product is important.

Step 3 Overlap

Maximum

Choose maximum where the door is subject to high wind or large temperature difference

Medium

Choose medium for intermediate applications

Minimum

Choose minimum for ease of passage, where the door is not subject to draught or wind, or where the height of the door is relatively low

Step 4 Choose Dimensions

There are two fixing types

Face-fix:A face-fix is a curtain that sits in front of the doorway that is to be covered, this curtain when made up will be 100mm widerand taller than the actual doorway opening. Our calculator will take this into account when making up your curtain order

Internal-fix:An internal face-fixed curtain is one that hangs from the underside of the lintel of the doorway and fits up to the internal vertical reveals either side of the doorway
