When you order online with us we will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date - normally by email.
If you need something special, such as an awkward location, or help up stairs, then let us know, we love to help.
Free delivery is available on all orders over £100 and will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days after order.Need it quicker? - for a small charge we can deliver by courier within 2 to 3 days after order.
Your delivery
Most of our products are very large measuring from 2.4m to 6m in length, this makes the product difficult to deliver and there are really only 2 couriers in the UK that will handle the longest length. Very occasionally there is damage to our product during delivery. Please inspect the package on delivery and make a note if there is damage. We will never hold you responsible for damage during delivery.Where do we deliver?
We deliver right across mainland GB as standard. We can arrange delivery to NI and location off mainland GB and prices are dependent on specifics - please ask for a price.Collection
